All About Cassava Peels as Alternative to Grains in Pig's Diet

There is stiff competition between man and animals particularly the monogastrics for grains and tubers which are major sources of food. In order to ameliorate this problem, previous researchers have advocated for the use of alternative feed sources for livestock. Therefore, there is need to properly harness any abundant, readily available and cheap agro-industrial by-products such as cassava peels as a replacement for maize in pig diets.
