Today the need for enzymes in the bioprocesses and industrial fields has grown to a peak level for their role as natural catalysts. Various multiple forms of enzymes are being searched for tremendously satisfactory properties and commercial applications. Enzymes furnish several advantages such as specificity and lower cost, and their ability to be preserved for a long time.
