Aggression: Its sources and Management

Nowadays, Aggression has become a topic of concern. What is bothering the parents most is the aggressive nature of their children, especially adolescents. Aggression can be directed against others and against oneself as well. Aggression is not always physical in nature; it can be verbal and indirect also. It can lead to lack of concentration and low academic achievement of the student which is a major concern for most of the parents. But how does a child becomes aggressive?
