This book contains theoretical and empirical research articles. In this book, the author expressed the relevance of Adult and Non-Formal Education in solving the problems of illiteracy. He also highlighted the need for a better attention to bridging the gap created by the deficiencies of formal education system.Equally of interest, is that teachers should be encouraged through adequate motivation as that the teaching and learning environment in the classroom would be affected. The need for a second chance education is very essential.
