The purpose of this book is to inform the reader about administrative law and the practices according to which administrative institutions and public services enter into unilateral, bilateral and contractual relationships with users. How does the Democratic Republic of the Congo fit into the pursuit of the general interest in a troubled economic, political and social environment?
