ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY OF INDIAN POST OFFICES

This book helps to revisit the administrative efficiency related perspectives of India Post. The Objective 3 of the work was to examine administrative efficiency of the post offices of north-western region of India. The book presents the administrative efficiency aspects of the organization from related perspectives. This book looks to examine the administrative efficiency of India Post in gone 5 years at large, w.r.t its competitors, for its different product lines. Administrative efficiency was measured from two perspectives:¿ From Primary Data Perspective (from the perception of staff of India Post): It help to assess the administrative efficiency of India Post with regard to its competitors, for its different product lines.¿ From Secondary Data Perspective (measuring the efficiency relationship of input to output): It help to assess administrative efficiency of India Post in gone 5 years.Analysis of Administrative Efficiency was done referring structural equation modeling, fundamental analysis, efficiency analysis, data envelopment analysis and stochastic frontier analysis.
