Administrative and legal regulation in the provision of services

The monograph is devoted to an important and topical topic, namely problems in administrative and legal regulation in the provision of educational services in Ukraine.Today, Ukraine is in a state of full-scale war, and this has greatly affected the quality and availability of educational services. Taking this into account, there was an urgent need for regulatory and legal regulation of educational activities under martial law. The regulation needs to ensure the safety of students and students in the process of providing educational services, financing, regulation and control over compliance with the quality of education, as well as other problems of conducting educational activities, which have become even more acute and surfaced.This determines the relevance and timeliness of the study of administrative and legal regulation in the field of providing educational services, since the activities of central state bodies and local self-government bodies in the field of education directly affect the availability and effectiveness of providing quality educational services.
