ACTUALLY - Insights into my life with severe depression and the time before - Part 3

I have had severe depression for over 10 years. But, even before my depression, I had an exciting life. There were bad, difficult, interesting, exciting, unimaginable, and sad things. I write about how I stood on the street with my luggage and did not know whether I should spend the night in the park. The incredible horror finding on our refrigerator is explained in more detail in one chapter. In another chapter, I explain what it was like to see the inside of a psychiatric clinic for the first time. I tell you about my brother¿s bipolar personality disorder. I write about getting to know my husband, about marriage, the birth of my son, the separation and the divorce. I write about our first family vacation, which ended in hospital and prison. I write about the suicide of my beloved brother, how we heard about it and how we dealt with it. I explain how I used to see depression and how I see it now. My book ends with some kind of advice, summarised by myself, which I would give.
