Activities of Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Samastipur District of Bihar

It is hoped that this book provide reference material for policy maker about Socio- economic development through Indian Govt. agriculture development flagship programme called Krishi Vigyan Kendra. This book attempts to determine the coverage area through various activities of KVK and explore the knowledge level and extent of adoption of beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries farmers . The present efforts also support the policy makers to consider the key factors like age, education, income level, family size, land holding,resoures, motivation, attitude of stake holders in expected development while formulating a developmental programme. This book also helps the researchers to assess the effect of different developmental activities on the socio-economic development.
