ACTIONS TO GUIDE AND CONTROL INDEPENDENT WORK

The problems related to independent work within the line of the teaching-educational process are fully valid due to the challenges faced by the current Cuban school, however, it is recognized that there are insufficiencies in the theoretical, methodological and practical levels, such as the methodological preparation of teachers to adequately guide and control independent work, which limits the rapid development of this process and with the quality that corresponds to it. In this book, important elements on methodological work and independent work exposed by some authors are approached, the results of the instruments applied to teachers of the Department of Exact Sciences of the CSIJ "Wenceslao Rivero Pérez" are exposed and actions aimed at the improvement of teachers to adequately guide and control independent work are proposed, and the results obtained after the application of the actions are also shown.
