A view from Russia

The new global financial architecture (IFA) is proposed to be formed by transforming the existing architecture within the model implemented in the coordinates of the institutional geopolitics-geo-economics-geo-nomics geotriad. Using the institutions of sovereign funds and national wealth of the countries participating in the new IFA, it is proposed to develop the concept of national rents and meta-currency. It is argued that resistance to the transformation process can be expected in the areas of national competition, sustainability of development and security. Threats to the transformation processes are given, and indicators are proposed to assess the economic security factors of the countries participating in the new IFA. Russia's place and role in this process are discussed.
