Every culture , irrespective of its simplicity and complexity has its own belief and practices concerning diseases and evolves its own system of medicine in order to treat diseases in its own way, even though form the point of view of western system they may appear to irrational. Actually cultural diversity is an ornament and in every culture local or indigenous people try their best to fit their body and mind through their own mechanisms. Traditionally the people from the Vhogobania community are not interested to use the modern medicine especially allopathic medicine. For this reason the people of this community have developed a distinct indigenous health care system. But due to globalization this unique practices will be extinct soon. The book, therefore, adds a new knowledge on community based indigenous health care system in details.
