A usability study of the website www.homebriefing.com

This study is an analysis of the ¿Integrated Briefing System" - www.homebriefing.com in terms of usability performed in the usability - laboratory of the ¿Fachhochschule Technikum Wien¿. After describing usability, usability testing and the reason a user-friendly web design is important for web appearance of a company, a short explanation of the website www.homebriefing.com and its functions is given. The study contains the description of five volunteers going through the process of the usability ¿ laboratory including their experience with the system. The outcome of this study will point out the main usability errors made on this website with a description of possible ways to solve the problems. The conclusion of this study is summarizing the 24 major usability problems found by the test candidates as well as the answers previously given.
