A study on financial literacy of Tibetan Entrepreneurs

This study concludes that the financial literacy of the Tibetan entrepreneurs is somewhat low but they are very much interested to increase their financial knowledge as per the analysis. Even though most of the Tibetan entrepreneurs are just completed their secondary school but they are very much clear knowledge about their marketing strategies. In a nutshell, the stability of exile Tibetan community especially that of one in India is very much depending on the success of self-employed sector which comprises of more than 70% of total exile population. The stable settlement is one main goal of current administration that cannot be achieved without improving this sector. If this sector improves and performs efficiently, in a short-run, it will solve two major problems that they face, i.e. unemployment and migration from the settlements.
