A Study of Job Satisfaction among B. Ed. and E.T.T. Teacher Educators

This book highlights a study of job satisfaction among B.Ed. and E.T.T. Teacher Educators of Punjab in relation to their adjustment, organizational climate, and teaching effectiveness. Children are the future of a nation and the destiny of a nation depends on its law abiding citizens. Under such a situation the teachers have to play a great role. The teacher educator holds the most crucial position in the Education System as he is responsible for the education of teachers under whose charge the destiny of our children is so confidently placed by the community. In this study we are only concerned with a consistent correlation of all the variables of the study with teacher educator¿s job satisfaction and these variables are teacher educator¿s job adjustment, organizational climate, and teaching effectiveness. The findings of this study can open new vistas which is related with the job of the teacher educators and which will ultimately have a deep impact on the teachers to the need revolution of teaching and lay the formulation of future professional growth.
