A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO INSOLVENCY LAW AND PRACTICE IN CAMEROON

In spite of the negative impact of Covid-19 and the anglophone crisis on the economy that caused the demise of many businesses in the two English-speaking regions of the country, the business community is largely unfamiliar with insolvency law and its possible use in such economic times. This is attributed to the fact that handbooks on the topic like this one are not readily available on many insolvency systems in Africa, as in Cameroon.
