A Model for Training Effectiveness

Chapter 1: Introduction: It comprises the introduction to the study, containing, research background, aim, objectives, significance and limitations of the study. Besides, this chapter has the research questions and a problem statement. Chapter 2: Literature review: This section discuss about the concept and importance of training evaluation, models adopted in training evaluation and also discuss about the problems involved in adopted model. Furthermore reviews the previous studies with respect to training evaluation in international and Indian studies. Chapter 3 ¿ Conceptual framework: This section will provide the structure of the research concept and it elaborates the research problem in relation to literature. Chapter 4: Research Methodology: This chapter explains in detail the methodological approach of the research such as research design, research strategy, research approach, study philosophy, sample design, data collection techniques, and research ethics. Chapter 5: Analysis and Interpretation: This chapter discusses about primary and secondary data, where thematic analysis will be used to analyze textual data. Chapter 6: Findings, Discussion and Conclusion.
