This short note was intentionally and carefully written with the aim of displaying the nobility of mathematical modeling in the real life. we targeted all the government officials and states in relation to how possibly their high tax rate preferences affect revenue output. this message is not limited to any country in either way and also, all academics can safely use it for their studies and research works. lastly, we intended to clearly put on surface the importance of mathematics to present day economies and as well to educate upcoming mathematicians on how widely mathematics can be applied by using a well known biologically related model.
