My dissertation entitled ¿A Grounded Theory Study on Social Entrepreneurship¿ focused on how and when different nonprofit approaches are utilized and which leadership styles are needed to implement a social entrepreneurial approach. This research study made a comparative analysis of the traditional nonprofit management model and the social entrepreneurship model. This research is focused on helping non-for-profit organizations focus on the particular issues of governance, fiscal infrastructure and human resources that directly impact the organizations¿ continuing success.
