A Fuzzy DEMATEL Method And Its Application

This book presents a study of the different influences of seven main factors, which are demographic, socioeconomic, banking indicators, sectoral employment, potential regional trade, accessibility, and security in the establishing new bank branch at specific location using integrated fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) and decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL). The establishment of bank branch has been a difficult task for the banking experts due to the increasing of the banking institutions. Thus, the purpose of this study is to apply the integrated method in analyzing the influencing factors. This combination method can give a high contribution in helping decision makers to make any plan and results for any organization and industry.
