A Collection of Practical and Academic Works

This book is composed of six articles written in simple language, covering different areas of the law. The areas covered essentially deal with legal matters in respect of the Tanzanian jurisprudence. The author has been diverse on the topics, covering environmental, commercial, labour, and court (litigation) matters. Although the areas covered have, no interconnection to one another, but the book as whole, has some features in common. These features are the one which motivated the author to write the articles in the first place.One of the character that cuts across all of the articles in the book is the desire to impart knowledge to the readers, irrespective of their areas of specialty. The articles in the book are written in a simple and understandable language, which enables any person to clearly understand the concepts. In addition to that, the author has taken a great deal in unpacking the contents of the legislations discussed. Also, the article examines the rights of some groups, for instance there is an article on the rights of employees. This can be very useful to employees in Tanzania.
