In retirement, Jerry Hammersmith writes fiction and non-fiction. He holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of South Africa. This book offers a contribution to the struggle for Indigenous reclamation and renewal of knowledge systems, cultures and governance. Arguing that an Indigenous collaborative, multi-venue community model for tertiary education can be developed, Hammersmith sees the ¿ethical space'' in an Indigenous Multiversity as an optimal location for reaching out to all knowledges and worldviews.
