A brief Work on Perovskites Solar Cell

We explored the environmentally sustainable synthesis and characterization of thin film perovskites based on Pb and Cu, as well as their possible application in photovoltaic cells and light harvester systems, in this book. Under atmospheric conditions, we demonstrated a cost-effective perovskite solar cell using for the first time TO as a counter electrode instead of the extremely expensive metal Au/Ag. Copper ions are responsible for the bright green photoluminescence of these compounds. Graphene incorporation increased the average crystallite size and reduced the band gap 1.45eV to 1.32eV in the visible range. The fabricated devices were exposed to high conservation stability without cell encapsulation ambient condition for 150days to show excellent stability. Our findings and results on perovskite preservation with graphene composites of perovskite materials open up opportunities for glove-free and atmospheric processing of further development of PSCs.
