This book is a bibliographic compilation that provide a collective list of literature sources that surveyed users' perception and expectation of services and facilities in public libraries from various sources such as printed books, eBooks, journal articles, newspapers, theses, dissertations, conference proceedings within the library and information studies field from all over the world. It puts together various sources from databases that talks about the subject related to users¿ perception and expectation of services and facilities in public libraries, which will act as a guide for other researchers undertaking the same topic to easily locate sources relevant to their study, therefore, researchers will not spend much time searching through databases for sources to finish their study.
