Yrittäjäelämäkerrat empiirinen tutkimus

Tämä on empiirinen osa tutkimusta "Elämäkerta tutkimus yhteiskuntatieteellisenä teoksena". Empiirinen tarkoittaa sitä, että tutkitaan, mitä tutkimuksessa kerätty elämäkertahaastattelun aineisto sisältää. Aineisto on alueellisesti rajallista Suomessa ja suhteessa yrittä jyyden aloihin. Se kattaa tiettyjä teollisuuden ja palvelualoja. Teoria esittelee ensin kunkin kertojan ja yrittäjän omat havainnot. Tulokset yhdistetään tutkimusaiheisiin lapsuus / kasvatus, koulutus / työelämä, yrityksen perustaminen, organisaatio. This is the empirical part of the study "Elämäkerta tutkimus yhteiskuntatieteellisenä teoksena". Empirical means researching what the material of the biography interview collected in the research comprises.The material is limited regionally in Finland and in relation to fields of entrepreneurship. It covers certain industries as well as service. The theory first presents each narrator's and entrepreneur's own observations. The findings are combined with the research themes of childhood / education, working life, starting a business and organization. The innovations of the research are its qualitative methodology and biographical groundings.
