Of the most serious crimes, which are no less dangerous than the crime of forgery of documents and crimes of forging passports and seals and other traditional crimes, the Algerian legislator addressed in the Penal Code the crimes of forgery in Chapter of Part One of it related to felonies and misdemeanors against the public thing.
