Web Information Retrieval

An efficient intelligent retrieval system for crawling relevant information lies in the identification of the domain of crawled document, identification of homonyms and synonyms from the documents, providing the quicker access to the user with an efficient search interface. Novel technique with the supporting modules such as indexing algorithm for keywords in the document, generation of the semantic net for the web documents to represent them in a meaningful manner, identifying the correlated keywords for a related context are required to make the search easier and efficient. A technique of forming the ecology of ontology for the set of keywords by identifying their characteristics, synonyms, and other related information has been discussed.
