VENEZUELAN POLICE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROCESS

This work is the result of the passage through the PhD in Science for Strategic Development of the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), which opened horizons for research related to educational public policies in the police area, since as requirements to qualify for the title of doctor (a) requires that the doctoral candidate complies with the participation in presentations, symposia and other activities related to intellectual creations, such as writing scientific articles presented in peer-reviewed journals of the national or international scientific community. The police dye is derived from the fact that the author is a full-time teacher at the University of Security (UNES), with the concern to study this educational-police field, joining efforts between these two universities formed with novel formats in the areas of human sciences. In which, investigative experiences are collected in the police educational area, from the interviews to public safety officers attached to the UNES.
