Unconsciously

This essay consists of some reflections on the unconscious aspects or dimensions of the human mind, on psychological health in relation to psychoanalysis and tries to explain how psychoanalysis can efficiently and consistently improve the dynamic indices of health, with clinical evidence. It can be considered that a book that deals with "how" to do something is a book of technique and therefore this is a book of Psychoanalytic Technique, which will be useful for students of psychology, medicine and psychoanalysis, for health professionals of any specialty and for all people who are interested in knowing themselves better and improving their personality and their psychological health with psychoanalysis. It is necessary to clarify that this is not a book of "self-help", on the contrary. It tries to explain why, in this case, self-help is useless. It would be like trying to look in the mirror without a mirror, and why in most thought processes, perceptions, sensations, emotions, motivations, evaluations, as well as automatisms, routines, musical, artistic, even in the writing of computer programs, we act unconsciously.
