Theoretical-Applied Aspects of Linguistic Study

A language, forming the human life philosophy, person¿s mentality and action pattern, is a necessary condition of the nation existence, its basic cultural value. Within the years of Independence the ethnic polyphony of languages, cultures and traditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan found sure sounding: there are formed favorable conditions for developing cultures of all the ethnic groups, supported the process of developing languages, implemented the Law "Of Languages", the Concept of language policy and the new State program of functioning and developing languages for 2011-2020. Knowing the state language and speaking several languages is considered as a factor of personal competitiveness of a specialist, since training a highly qualified technical person is the basis of industrial and innovative development of the country and of the whole world present day industry.
