The twenty-first century identity: a sociological conception of formation

Personality, culture, education, creativity, system of values and formation of personal qualities in the process of socialization are the issues addressed in the monograph. One of the ways of human development and perfection is in the study of woman's personality, as to a great extent it depends on women whether mankind can preserve itself and the planet in the new millennium... The author presents the previously unexplored aspects of feminine creativity in the history of Russian and regional society in the institutions of family, education and mass media; analyses narrative interviews; and presents the position according to which the creativity inherent to a woman - mother, teacher, female media in the age of globalization, promotes the formation of a harmonious personality, who creates and recreates gender space. The results of sociological research are also presented in the text. The novelty of this monograph is that the author has developed the sociological concept of identity formation in the XXI century.
