The Theory of General Interactivity

Our own daily experience say us that the long time future of natural systems is completely unforeseeable, at least when we use the usual techniques of differential analysis. We have the metheorology predictions as an example, or the behaviour of the economy variables, the birth indices, the rate of arrival of meteorites over the Earth, etc. Then, against claim the classic books of Mechanics following Laplace, the experience are leading us to the conclusion that the knowleadge of position and velocity of each component is NOT enough to describe completely the mechanical state of the motion of a system formed by more than 2 components. It has been the discover of complexity and chaos in the study of the dynamics of physical systems, what has lead us to this idea.
