THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION - the multidisciplinary dimension

The right to information is a fundamental right of man, guaranteed by international law and our research work focused on the multidisciplinary dimension of the right to information, has highlighted the inextricable link between the right of the person to information and his social evolution and the multiple part of the information. Information rights studies aimed at identifying the theoretical and practical aspects related to: freedom of expression, transparency, fake news, corporate governance, electronic trade, sustainable development, capital market, cybersecurity, personal data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, measures to protect young people, participative democracy etc. The work is addressed to specialists from all fields studied and also represents a source of information for all citizens, being useful in the practical activity, in order to ensure the balance between fundamental rights and obligations.
