The Organizational Trust

Teachers working at the Turkish Republic Ministry of Education are assigned to work as teachers abroad based on a procedure determined by the Inter-Ministry Common Culture Commission and if they are successful at the assignment and after consideration of the country¿s working conditions they can extend for 1 year each time with maximum 4 years of extension (total of 5 years).A part (currently 140 teachers) of the teachers assigned abroad work in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The teachers assigned abroad, who work as temporary teachers linked to TRNC-MoNES, naturally compare their duties in Turkey and North Cyprus, as well as their relationship with their directors and teachers from many different aspects during their assignment period. The general aim of this study is to evaluate the opinions of teachers who are assigned to work in TRNC as abdoas duty by RT-MoE on organizational trust toward the directors and teachers at their schools
