In this chapter, we explore how your nonverbal cues, tone, and adaptability shape the way others perceive and respond to you. You will also be introduced to the DISC framework as one of several tools to help you understand behavioral styles, both your own and those of the people around you. This chapter is about awareness in communication, whether through DISC, active listening, or the way you show up in everyday interactions. These chapters lay the groundwork for the six layers of The Nordic Leadership Spiral, a framework built on a simple but powerful idea: Culture is created through behavior. Behavior shapes energy.
