The Effects of Interactive White Board on Teaching Geometry

Computer-assisted teaching holds an important place in the classrooms. In particular, Interactive Whiteboard allows teachers to present mathematics in an enjoyable and motivating way. The use of computer and Interactive Whiteboard can reinforce Geometry learning because they allow teachers to provide more examples and exercises in a short time, and to apply different methods and practices, and consequently to provide immediate feedback, so that learners can carry out self-assessment. This book explored the facilitating role of integrating technology and its effective managing into Geometry teaching. Traditional methods and technology-based instructions and the outcomes of learning through both strategies were compared. The aim of this book was to examine the benefits and management strategies of Interactive Whiteboard in geometry classes.
