The Documentation of Nursing Care Systematization

The Systematization of Nursing Care (SAE) organizes the nursing work as to the scientific method and inserted into it are some of the following moments: the choice of a nursing theory; the Nursing Process (NP); the human resources and instruments. The implementation of the SNA is the exclusive competence of nurses and its implementation is mandatory as provided in the Resolution of the Federal Council of Nursing number 358 of 2009. This study had as objectives: to identify publications that deal with the creation of instruments that are directed to operationalize the SAE; describe, among the identified publications, the nursing theories that are used as theoretical reference regarding the construction of instruments for operationalization of the SAE; and describe and analyze the elements that compose these instruments regarding the operationalization of the SAE. The present proposal was a work of course completion where the methodology was an integrative literature review, performed in six (6) stages.
