The Culture of Language in Massive Communication Tools

The culture of language is a conscious and planned influence of the society on the literary language development. This impact becomes stronger, and more necessary with the consolidation of the overall cultural level of society, and the so called mass communication. The culture of language is closely linked to the concept of literary norm, and the measure for its implementation. Albanians, like other nations, in addition to advancing in the globalizing course, must firmly preserve the major literary, and standard norms of the Albanian language. As Eqerem Çabej, distinguished Albanian linguist, asserts: 'The language is the reflection of a nation! It is the clearest picture of a nation, and its culture. The degree of wealth, and the purity of language is the best indicator of the development of this culture'.
