This text presents the evaluation of balance through validated tests carried out on 4th graders. These tests show that there is still a lot of research to be done in the Physical Education class. The results obtained were useful to know the effectiveness of the exercises in the organism of these children and some possible detection of illnesses produced by the lack of balance.
