Teachers' Beliefs and Practices

This book is an exploration of the relationship between one teacher¿s beliefs about teaching English as a second language and her classroom practice. It shows how the teacher¿s beliefs play out in the classroom setting. It highlights the teacher¿s beliefs about language, language teaching and learning, use of mother tongue, errors and error correction.
