Swimming

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of technical swimming abilities (start, technique and turn), each of the mentioned swimming techniques (crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and dolphin) on the result efficiency of mixed swimming at 100 meters, as well as their interrelationships. The research was conducted on a sample of 31 female students, aged 20-24, with the help of testing (assessment) of technical swimming skills (start, technique and turn): OSK (start crawl grade), OTK (crawl technique grade), OOK (crawl turn grade), OSLK (start back crawl grade), OTLK (back crawl technique grade), OOLK (back crawl turn grade), OSP (breaststroke start grade), OTP (breaststroke technique grade), OOP (breaststroke turn grade), OSD (dolphin start grade), OTD (dolphin technique grde), OOD (dolphin turn grade) and mixed swimming at 100m (MP100), in the following order: dolphin, back, breaststroke, crawl. It is advisable that everyone who wants to learn how to swim or to transfer their knowledge on beginners to read this book in order to achieve success.
