Strategic plan for decision making

The general objective of this research was to propose a strategic plan to improve decisionplan for the improvement of decision making in the provincial municipality of Chiclayo.of Chiclayo. The methodology used was descriptive-quantitative, as well as a non-experimental and cross-sectional design.non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The most relevant results are that52.20% totally agree and agree that the Chiclayo municipality has strategic plan procedures.that the commune of Chiclayo has strategic plan procedures, 21.7% are indifferent and 26.10% totally disagree and disagree.totally disagree and disagree. These indicators show that in the institution the strategic plan has elements such as mission, vision, strengths, threats, objectives, strategies, programs, execution and feedback.Finally, it is concluded that the proposal should be framed by the following.following elements: Mission, vision, strengths, weaknesses, threats,opportunities, objectives, strategies, programs, execution and feedback.
