Statistical Physics - Theory and Applications in XAFS

Statistical physics is a field that uses methods of probability theory and statistics, particularly the mathematical tools for dealing with large gathering and approximations to solve physical problems. The book compiled on the foundation of statistical physics program for the students in the majors theoretical physics of the universities in Viet Nam and some applications mentioned to the recent study of authors about XAFS theory (X-ray Absorption Fine Structure).
