A veritable virtual community of pathologists is very active, particularly on Twitter and Facebook, sharing and discussing interesting cases, reporting innovative results or simply communicating about their specialty. In the age of digital education, it is more essential than ever for healthcare professionals in general, and pathologists in particular, to integrate these community platforms and develop the way we learn and exchange information about our specialty.
