Skilled labor and Artisan Emigration - A Zimbabwean perspective

How does a thriving nation nick-named 'the bread basket of Africa' deteriorate from such an esteemed position to become one of the poorest economies in the world with an inflation rate only heard of during world war two in a matter of 10years? The same country being ranked as having the most educated people in Africa yet sitting with an unemployment rate of 95%. It boggles the mind. And what does this mean for the educated and skilled population of that country? What options are available to them and how do they react to such a tragedy? It's the above questions, among many others, that raised my curiosity and led me to write this book. Interestingly enough, what happened to Zimbabwe could happen to any country and there is a lot for everyone to learn from this unfortunate story.
