SIZING AND DEPLOYMENT OF A LoRa NETWORK ON A CAMPUS

Long Range (LoRa) technology for Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) is a wireless connection method that has been proposed for building IoT infrastructure due to its wide coverage, low complexity and low power consumption.This book describes a LoRa network deployment architecture based on a mapping phase that implements LoRaWAN coverage. In the paradigm of the Internet of Things, several studies have been conducted on the performance of coverage and the apprehension of its experimental evaluation.Thus, in this work, we will deploy the long-range network (LoRa) within the University of Abomey-Calavi by using in a non-exhaustive way the techniques and methods of dimensioning and network planning.
