SHIPPING QUALITY STANDARD ASSESSMENT

By the end of 2006, the company has noticed a consistent increase in warranty claims due to shipping products with missing items. With the spike in claims, the company has realized the need to address and resolve this issue. A team of Six Sigma practitioners and Quality Engineers was quickly assembled to investigate and address the problem and to determine the root cause.
