Screening, Purification and Characterization of an Anti-cancer Enzyme

The study focused production for an Anti Cancer Enzyme by employing and following different methods like Screening and isolation of ¿L-asparginase¿ producing bacteria from different soil and water samples of Tarabola hot spring followed by Taxonomic studies of the selected and promising isolates to establish their identification and selection of optimal production medium and finally Purification and characterization of the enzyme.
