Teachers are the most important element of an education system. They're mostly considered the less important elements of the system and they are generally included at the last minute to education structure improvements. We can compare the education system to a public transportation system. And this should never be forgotten that the teacher is the driver. No matter how improved properties you have. If the driver, in this case it's the teacher, is not good an accident is inevitable. It can cause a damage both vehicle and the students inside. Challenges teachers may face in our country; unnecessary information transfer or ineffective information transfer, lack of significant information, inadequate curriculum, poor teaching environment, inadequate material and equipment and student problems could be the challenges teachers may face in Turkey.
