The safety of life and property should be paramount in the heart of every individual, regardless of location and environment we find ourselves. The advent of the use of motorcycle as a means of transportation in Nigeria was a welcome development, most especially when one considered its advantages on job creation, poverty alleviation, ease of mobility and reduction of crime rate among others.
